Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a thoughtful, full-body practice that emphasizes core strength, mobility, and mindful movement. Through controlled exercises and focused breath, you’ll build stability, improve posture, and move with greater ease.

Yoga

Our yoga offerings are designed to support a balanced practice blending movement, strength, and stillness. From grounding meditation classes to dynamic power flow, each session emphasizes breath, alignment, and intention.

Barre

Barre at Forma is a low-impact, high-burn class designed to strengthen, sculpt, and lengthen the body. Using small, controlled movements, this class targets the legs, glutes, core, and arms while emphasizing posture, alignment, and endurance.

What to bring to class..

You’re welcome to bring your own mat, or you can rent one from us at the studio. Beverages and grip socks are available for purchase.

Please Note

We encourage all clients to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in before class. For the safety and focus of the class, the studio door will lock 5 minutes after class begins, and late entry will not be allowed.
